Villa Beach Kandi is ideal for any upscale travelers who want an ultra modern beachfront getaway. This villa is located directly on Grace Bay Beach, a stone’s throw from water activity centers, excursion companies, and plenty of other attractions. Beach Kandi has direct access to Grace Bay’s powder soft sand from the infinity pool to Smith’s Reef, a snorkeler’s paradise. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas are available so guests can spend as much time as possible on the sand. The villa’s spacious patio has a sitting area and lounge chairs bordering the heated pool, and there’s an outdoor shower and BBQ grill around the corner. The pool deck is one of the greatest spots to take in the view, but you can see it from anywhere inside, too.
Both bedrooms and the main room feature huge sliding glass doors, so whether you prefer the doors open or closed, you’ll never miss that awesome beachfront scenery. Both bedrooms enjoy uninterrupted, panoramic ocean and sunset views. The bedrooms have equal amenities, including king-sized beds, TVs, and walk-in closets.
The ensuite bathrooms are luxuriously furnished with oversized bathtubs, grand Kohler water-tile shower rooms, exotic tropical wood ceilings, and Italian marble floors.

Beach Kandi seamlessly flows from outside to inside, enhanced by ten foot sliding glass doors that allow the sea breeze to circulate throughout the villa. A sound system runs throughout the fully air-conditioned home, which includes an open-concept Great Room. Watch movies on the pop-up TV, feast around the wooden dining table, or cook meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. Beach Kandi is located almost directly on Smiths Reef. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water because of the reef, but a soft sandy bottom with amazing snorkeling is just ahead.
Amongst a small community of exclusive beach villas, Beach Kandi is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the Caicos Casino, and Turtle Cove Marina. Furthermore, Beach Kandi is only a 10-minute drive to the airport, 5-minute drive to tennis clubs and a 10-minute drive to the golf club.

All reservations are final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded.
Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenues and strongly recommended.
Should the Turks and Caicos borders be closed to international travel due to COVID-19 within 60 days of travel, the Client will be eligible for a refund less $400 admin fee or travel credit. We strongly recommend that the Client obtains suitable travel insurance to guard against the cost of unexpected cancellations.
For any reservations cancelled before 60 days prior to arrival, the Client is eligible for a full refund less an administration fee of $400. In no event, however, will a refund be made for any cancellation made within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date
Terms and Conditions
30% of the total reservation including all taxes and fees is due at the time of booking and payable by
Visa or MasterCard. Balance is due 90 days prior to date of arrival and can be paid by cheque or bank
wire transfer to Private Villa Rentals.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be sent by email to reservations@privatevillarentals.com
Ø 30% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 days or more prior to arrival date
Ø 50% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 to 45 days prior to arrival date
Ø 100% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made within 45 days prior to arrival date
For Christmas or New Years Season reservations (December 19-January 4) full payment is due 60 days prior to date of arrival and is 100% non-refundable.
