Inside the villa, you’ll find four bedrooms, each in their own wing, all with en-suite bathrooms. Master suite has a private verandah for a perfect spot to relax together after a day of exploring the island. The living area is spacious and beautifully appointed with comfortable furniture and luxurious touches. A crystal chandelier hangs over the covered dining terrace, for example, but the real draw is right outside. In addition to the free-form pool surrounded by comfortable lounges, you’ll also find a covered Jacuzzi pool with a beautiful mural and coral stone accents. The poolside patio also has a private bar.
During your stay, you’ll be cared for by a staff of three. A private chef will prepare your meals; a housekeeper will keep things neat and tidy during your stay; and a gardener will ensure that the grounds are always ready for you to enjoy. Just a quick drive away is Sandy Lane Beach, as well as downtown Holetown. The view of the ocean from your villa can’t be missed. 30% of the total reservation including all taxes and fees is due at the time of booking and payable by Visa or MasterCard. Balance is due 90 days prior to date of arrival and can be paid by cheque or bank wire transfer to Private Villa Rentals.

30% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 days or more prior to arrival date
50% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 to 45 days prior to arrival date
100% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made within 45 days prior to arrival date
For Festive Season reservations (December 18-January 8) full payment is due 60 days prior to date of arrival and is 100% non-refundable.
Per TICO regulations Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation or medical | emergency insurance, however, purchase by travellers is highly recommended and available through other avenues.
