Newly built and immaculately finished, the spacious bar, media room, the 100ft long infinity edge pool with 16-person outdoor spa and outdoor kitchen provides plenty of options to gather together, but when you need a little solitude, you’ll find just as many inviting spots to unwind: hanging daybeds, two beach decks, shady terraces and a sunken seating area, to name a few.

Active vacationers will have pickle ball, ping pong and basketball facilities, snorkel or kayak equipment, and a fully equipped gym at their disposal. And if that is not enough, there is also a hair salon with a manicure and pedicure station to ensure you look as good as you feel. All this, with a full complement of staff to attend to your every need.

Sleek and modern in design, every inch of this property is immaculate, from the vast living room and and the large indoor dining table, carved from a single slab of walnut wood, to the sculptural staircase.

Six spacious guest bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and private terraces are set around a tranquil courtyard, while four principal bedrooms with king size beds face the ocean. The downstairs masters include spacious bathrooms with separate soaking tubs and showers and access to a generous terrace, while the upstairs suites include private living rooms, indoor and outdoor showers, and doors leading out to a furnished upper terrace.

Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions

30% of the total reservation including all taxes and fees is due at the time of booking and payable by Visa or MasterCard. Balance is due 90 days prior to date of arrival and can be paid by cheque or bank wire transfer to Private Villa Rentals.

30% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 days or more prior to arrival date

50% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 to 45 days prior to arrival date

100% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made within 45 days prior to arrival date

For Festive Season reservations (December 18-January 8) full payment is due 60 days prior to date of arrival and is 100% non-refundable.

Per TICO regulations Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation or medical | emergency insurance, however, purchase by travellers is highly recommended and available through other avenues.

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non- refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.

All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10 are non-refundable.
