This elegant villa in Terres Basses offers a magnificent free-form pool just steps from the Simpson Bay lagoon.
The grand living room opens onto extensive covered terraces. This villa has a sophisticated blend of modern, colonial and tropical style furnishings. The five bedrooms with King size beds open onto the terraces, the sixth bedroom has twin beds. All windows are fully screened. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower as well as a TV and DVD player.

Terms and Conditions
30% of the total reservation including all taxes and fees is due at the time of booking and payable by
Visa or MasterCard. Balance is due 90 days prior to date of arrival and can be paid by cheque or bank
wire transfer to Private Villa Rentals.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be sent by email to reservations@privatevillarentals.com
30% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 days or more prior to
arrival date
50% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 to 45 days prior to
arrival date
100% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made within 45 days prior to
arrival date
For Festive Season reservations (December 18-January 8) full payment is due 60 days prior to date of
arrival and is 100% non-refundable.
Per TICO regulations Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation or medical | emergency
insurance, however, purchase by travellers is highly recommended and available through other
avenues.
50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are
final and non-
refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust
Account.
All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10
are
non-refundable.
