Early evening you will be greeted by a beautiful sunset. Cupecoy Beach is notorious for the “green flash”. The living area features a high-end kitchen with luxury appliances. There is also an indoor dining area in case you want to eat inside. The living area of Etoile de Mer is conveniently located on the first floor right in front of the ocean view. The four bedrooms have king-size beds, sea views, and en suite bathrooms. Each en suite bathroom are spa style with walk-in showers. One bathroom has a large bathtub. Etoile de Mer is 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Marigot, the French side capital. Cupecoy is a very convenient region as it is central and on the border of the Dutch and French sides.

30% of the total reservation including all taxes and fees is due at the time of booking and payable by
Visa or MasterCard. Balance is due 90 days prior to date of arrival and can be paid by cheque or bank
wire transfer to Private Villa Rentals.
Cancellation Policy

30% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 days or more prior to
arrival date
50% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 to 45 days prior to
arrival date
100% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made within 45 days prior to
arrival date
For Festive Season reservations (December 18-January 8) full payment is due 60 days prior to date of
arrival and is 100% non-refundable.
Per TICO regulations Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation or medical | emergency
insurance, however, purchase by travellers is highly recommended and available through other
avenues.
50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are
final and non-
refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust
Account.
All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10
are
non-refundable.
