All four bedrooms have beautiful en-suite bathrooms with glass-walled rain and handheld showers and the master bathroom also opens to an outdoor spa shower.
An exercise room equipped with a bike and a bench and free weights is located on the lower level to the rear of the main living area. The villa is gated and has parking for 3 cars.
Just a 5-minute walk from the villa brings you to the lovely white sands of Indigo Bay and the Indigo Bay community also has a popular beach bar and restaurant.
Indigo Bay is very conveniently located, close (5 min. drive) to grocery stores and just a 15-minute drive to downtown Philipsburg for duty-free shopping, and a wide array of bars and restaurants.

30% of the total reservation including all taxes and fees is due at the time of booking and payable by Visa or MasterCard. Balance is due 90 days prior to date of arrival and can be paid by cheque or bank wire transfer to Private Villa Rentals.

For Festive Season reservations (December 18-January 8) full payment is due 60 days prior to date of arrival and is 100% non-refundable.
Per TICO regulations Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation or medical | emergency insurance, however, purchase by travellers is highly recommended and available through other avenues.
50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non-
refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.
All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10 are non-refundable.
