distance, Villa La Perla Palais is the epitome of hard-to-forget tropical experiences.
We’re confident you’ll also enjoy the villa’s indoor and outdoor speaker system and the LEDs
on the property walls, as well as the deck bar where you can sip sunset cocktails mixed by
your private bartender every evening. From the pool terrace, you’ll be able to step down to
the ultra-exclusive Baie Rogue Beach any time of the day.
The villa’s living room opens to the terrace and is grandiose both in size and style. It features
several plush seating areas and a full gourmet kitchen with a brand-new bar designed by an
Epoxy artist — it’s a perfect place to enjoy a cooking show by a private chef.
There are two dining tables, one on the covered sundeck and the other on the garden-facing
veranda, that can accommodate 8 and 10 guests respectively.
All bedrooms come with their own elegant ensuite bathroom, air-conditioner and tropical
ceiling fan, TV, king-size bed (except 1 Queen), and walk-in closet.
It will take a short drive from the villa to reach water sports, the boutique shopping of
Marigot, waterside restaurants at Marina Royale, and the renowned gourmet restaurants of

Payment terms:
Thirty percent (30%) due within seven (7) days after rental agreement has been
signed; seventy percent (70%) due sixty (60) days prior to arrival.
During holiday season (Christmas and New Years), fifty percent (50%) due within
seven (7) days after rental agreement has been signed; fifty percent (50%) due sixty
(60) days prior to arrival.
Without the payment, the reservation is canceled without notice. Note that there is
a ten percent (10%) tax and service fee on top of the gross rate.
Payment by wire transfer or credit card (Visa / MasterCard), accepted in USD or
EUROS.
Cancellation and refund policy:
In the event that Guest cancels sixty (60) days or more prior to the arrival date, thirty
percent (30%) of the total gross rent will be retained; between thirty and fifty-nine (30
- 59) days prior to the arrival date, fifty percent (50%) and twenty-nine (29) days or
less prior to the arrival date, one hundred percent (100%) of the total gross rent will
be retained.
During holiday season, cancellation more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival
date, results in retention of fifty percent (50%) of the gross rent; cancellation less
than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date, results in retention of one hundred
percent (100%) of the gross rent.
All cancellations must be made in written form. Travel insurance is highly
recommended.
Confirmation of reservation:
To confirm the reservation, the rental agreement must be accompanied by the
completed, signed and returned Security Deposit Form.
Failure to submit this completed form subjects the reservation to automatic
cancellation without notice.
50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are
final and non-
refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust
Account.
All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10
are
non-refundable.
