One of the four spacious bedrooms is located on the main level and ascending from the main living area, a contemporary steel staircase provides access to the upper mezzanine area and three further luxurious bedrooms, including the master bedroom and their adjoining bathrooms. Each bedroom enjoys a beautiful ocean view from its own private terrace and spacious closet and private bathroom with double sinks and tub. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and the ensuite bath has a large corner spa tub and a separate glass-walled shower.
The Cliff offers numerous amenities including a large oceanfront resort pool, an indoor 80 ft.lap pool, a fitness room, tennis courts and an inhouse Spa and gourmet restaurant. 30% of the total reservation including all taxes and fees is due at the time of booking and payable by Visa or MasterCard. Balance is due 90 days prior to date of arrival and can be paid by cheque or bank wire transfer to Private Villa Rentals.

For Festive Season reservations (December 18-January 8) full payment is due 60 days prior to date of arrival and is 100% non-refundable.
Per TICO regulations Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation or medical | emergency insurance, however, purchase by travellers is highly recommended and available through other avenues.
