This newly built modern style villa offers four beautiful bedrooms, a large terrace and a long heated pool, ideal for laps.
The first two bedrooms are connected on both sides of the living room and also have direct access to the terrace. One of them can also be connected to the third bedroom for the needs of a family but if this option is not necessary, the connecting doors will be completely closed and the access will be through the terrace. These three bedrooms enjoy a magnificent ocean view. The fourth bedroom is located on the lower floor and has a small private terrace with a view of the peaceful tropical garden. The fitness room located next door offers an exercise bike of the famous Peloton brand. For subscribers and connoisseurs, your favorite training programs will even be available on holiday!
