This fabulous family home has been recently renovated to the highest standards but in keeping with traditional Barbadian architecture and exudes a classic old world elegance typified by cool coral stone interiors, stunning high ceilings and a wide open floor design that draws the views into the rooms.
The main house features a stunning foyer and formal living room with double height ceiling, vaulted beams, beautiful coral stone interiors and a blend of modern and antique Caribbean furnishings. French doors open out to a spacious covered verandah with relaxed seating, ideal for lounging with a book and enjoying the cooling breeze and sparkling views beyond. An elegant dining nook seats 10 and is ideal for breakfast and causal meals, however a more formal pavilion is located across the garden and can accommodate up to 14 guests for al fresco evenings, making High Breeze a fabulous option for those looking to entertain during their stay. The pool and sun terrace are elevated on the ridge offering breathtaking views of the coastline below and lots of comfy oversized loungers and umbrellas.
The main house features three en suite bedrooms with walk in closets, high ceilings and large windows and are charmingly decorated in island colours and playful prints. The guest cottage has two en suite bedrooms with queen beds and a private outdoor patio overlooking the lush gardens and towards the polo field.
High Breeze is idyllically located along a quiet ridge just minutes from the hustle and bustle of the coastal towns below and offers perfect privacy with easy convenience. Many of Barbados' best known restaurants are nearby including The Cliff Restaurant, Daphnes and Cin Cin while the hot spots along the coast such as Mullins Beach Bar and Lone Star are only 15 minutes drive away.

The Need To Know
Cancellation Policy
1. We require sixty (60) days notice in writing prior to the arrival of tenants at the villa in order for us to refund deposit(s) paid. The final balance of rental is due forty five (45) days prior to the tenant’s arrival at the villa and where cancellation is made within this period the entire rental is forfeited.
2. Should a booking, made under forty five (45) days prior to the client’s arrival, be cancelled, the entire amount paid by the client is forfeited.
We reserve the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of rental is not paid forty five (45) days prior to client’s arrival date.
Please note Rates, length of stay, payment and cancellation policies vary for Christmas and New Year Bookings and Bookings in excess of 28-days. During the period 20th December to 10th January (or any other Specially Designated period) bookings shall not be accepted on behalf of the Owner for periods of less than 14 days- unless otherwise expressly agreed. Payment by the guest to the Company of the deposit equal to 50% of the total rental fee is required to confirm such a booking and payment of the remaining 50% is required 60 days prior to the arrival of the Client. All payments for reservations during this period are non-refundable.
A 10% processing fee will be charged on any refund for a cancelled booking or part thereof.
Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenue and strongly recommended.

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are
final and non-
refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust
Account.
All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10
are
non-refundable.
