B106 is an easily accessible ground-floor unit with dedicated parking spaces just steps away from its entrance. This beautifully furnished apartment features air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a cozy living room area, all leading directly onto a generous deck which is perfect for al-fresco dining. Complete with loungers to enjoy the sun or stars, guests can choose to soak up the sun in the garden or by the second communal pool within the resort, mere steps away from B106. The two bedrooms are situated on either side of the apartment for complete privacy, with both offering ample closet space. The unit also features a spacious kitchen fitted with all the necessary appliances for self-catering. B106 offers an independent security system as well as two concealed safes for the safe keeping of valuables.

Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions

30% of the total reservation including all taxes and fees is due at the time of booking and payable by Visa or MasterCard. Balance is due 90 days prior to date of arrival and can be paid by cheque or bank wire transfer to Private Villa Rentals.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be sent by email to reservations@privatevillarentals.com

30% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 days or more prior to arrival date

50% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 to 45 days prior to arrival date

100% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made within 45 days prior to arrival date

For Festive Season reservations (December 18-January 8) full payment is due 60 days prior to date of arrival and is 100% non-refundable.

Per TICO regulations Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation or medical | emergency insurance, however, purchase by travellers is highly recommended and available through other avenues.

 

Booking Terms

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non- refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.

All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10 are non-refundable.
