Two bedrooms ensuite, including one master double bedroom is ideal for a small group or a family who wish to have privacy and their own special beach facility. Villa Secret Cove 1 is available as an additional two bedroom apartment if required.

This reservation is subject to the following cancellation policy based on the number of days prior to arrival:
Winter Penalty
46 - 60 Days 25% of Rental forfeited
45 Days or Less 100% of Rental forfeited
Summer Penalty
15 – 30 Days 25% of Rental forfeited
15 days or Less 100% of Rental forfeited
Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenue and strongly recommended.
Booking Terms
50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are
final and non-
refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust
Account.
All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10
are
non-refundable.
