Decorated with a simple, yet elegant decor, Villa Electra features central air-conditioning throughout. The open-plan living area is equipped with a large television, DVD player and cable; it opens on to the dining terrace via sliding glass doors. The kitchen is fully fitted with stainless steel appliances. The two bedrooms feature marble tile en suite bathrooms; the master suite has a king-sized bed and the guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There is an additional powder room in the entrance hall.
Amenities include daily maid and laundress services; a cook is available at additional fee. Villa Electra has an onsite gym and property manager, as well as 24-hour security. Speightstown, located just a short walk from the development, offers a host of restaurants, waterfront cafes and casual bars, as well as a supermarket, banks and quaint shops.
