Schooner Bay 204 sleeps up to four guests comfortably. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and features full marble en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The Master suite has direct access to the private terrace and bedroom two has a king bed that can be converted to two twins.
A range of activities can be enjoyed while staying at Schooner Bay including spending the day soaking up the sun while lounging by the free-form swimming pool and Jacuzzi or enjoying a swim in the warm shallow waters of the Caribbean Sea. For the more adventurous a selection of water sports are also on offer.
Guests also benefit from assigned parking, 24-hour security and facilities including fitness centre, sun loungers and umbrellas as well as the amenities in the nearby Speightstown such as shopping, restaurants, banking and more.

30% of the total reservation including all taxes and fees is due at the time of booking and payable by Visa or MasterCard. Balance is due 90 days prior to date of arrival and can be paid by cheque or bank wire transfer to Private Villa Rentals.

For Festive Season reservations (December 18-January 8) full payment is due 60 days prior to date of arrival and is 100% non-refundable.
Per TICO regulations Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation or medical | emergency insurance, however, purchase by travellers is highly recommended and available through other avenues.
