Apartment #12 is a luxury 3-bedroom Penthouse condo with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and is perfect for up to six people. A well-appointed kitchen opens onto a large, air-conditioned living room where you can relax and enjoy the flat screen TV. AN adjoining covered dining terrace overlooks the beach and crystal clear blue waters of the Caribbean Sea.
Situated on the main level is the air-conditioned Master Bedroom with a king size bed and has the benefit of an en-suite bathroom with marble fittings, a large corner bath, separate shower room, and its own private sitting area with wet bar. Also on the main floor is a second air-conditioned bedroom consisting of twin beds and en-suite bathroom.
The second floor boasts a magnificent private roof terrace with a covered dining area (for up to 6 people) with wet bar. The dining area leads onto the sun terrace where guests can relax on the sun loungers or take a dip in the spa pool. The third air-conditioned bedroom can also be found on this upper level, with an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
