Palm Beach boasts of stunning sea views from each and every unit and access to the magnificently manicured common grounds and lovely pool deck with very large swimming pool ideal for a day of glorious relaxation. This is a private community with a security guard on duty from 6pm-7am for added security. Palm Beach provides a maid service 3 days a week and is within 5 minutes journey from many amenities such as shopping, restaurants, and various activities.
As you enter apartment 408, the hallway is beautifully decorated and welcoming, then you continue on to the open plan kitchen and living area which doesn't let you down. This really sets the mood for this gorgeous, tropical 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.
The Master suite features a large four-poster bed and a large sitting area with comfortable seating and a pretty writing desk off to one side. While lying in the master bed you can relax and enjoy the view. The en-suite master bathroom features double-vanity with granite counter top and a shower as well as a tub for long soaks after a hard day on the beach.
The patio can be accessed via double doors off the master bedroom or via the living room. The furniture on the patio and in the living room offer calming shades of tan, cream and brown with little pops of colour scattered around! The beautiful dÄcor, amazing views and tropical surroundings all add up to make the perfect holiday in paradise.

The Need To Know
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, the booking must be cancelled 90 days prior to the rental date in order to recover the deposit.
The owner also has the option to cancel the booking 90 days prior to the rental date. The rental must be cancelled up to 42 days prior to the rental date in order to recover the balance of rent. After 42 days full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time.
ACTION RESULT:
Cancel 90 days or more Full refund
Cancel 42 to 89 days Forfeit deposit
Cancel less than 42 days Forfeit full rent
Christmas Rentals Non-Refundable
Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenue and strongly recommended.

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are
final and non-
refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust
Account.
All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10
are
non-refundable.
