Palm Beach 509 is a beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two-bathroom fully furnished beachfront condominium with panoramic ocean views of the South Coast of Barbados. Located just minutes outside of Barbados’ capital city Bridgetown, Palm Beach 509 is a great choice for vacation travelers and persons coming to Barbados for business trips. Unit 509 is positioned in such a way that it takes in some fantastic sea views and views of the lush and tropical gardens that cover the grounds of Palm Beach.

The condo is extremely well outfitted, with an open plan kitchen and living area offering casual seating at the granite countertop breakfast bar and the patio offering formal open-air dining at the marble table. The living room area is spacious with comfortable seating focused on a large flat screen TV. The covered patio also offers additional outdoor seating and lounging area which makes the most of Caribbean living.

Both bedrooms are air-conditioned with ensuite bathrooms, and the master bedroom boasts lovely sea views as well as access to the covered patio through the large sliding doors.

The Condominiums at Palm Beach has a myriad of amenities to be enjoyed by guests including private onsite gym, 24-hour security, three communal pools, beach access and prime location. Walk just two minutes down the beach and join the South Coast Boardwalk where you can enjoy dinner and drinks at restaurants and bars such as Blakey’s on The Boardwalk, Tapas, Blue Pineapple or Naru. Head over to the Historic Garrison Savannah to take in a day of Horse Racing. Want to learn more about Barbados, a quick walk to the Barbados Museum or St. Ann’s Fort will take you on a journey through Barbados’ rich history.

Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions

30% of the total reservation including all taxes and fees is due at the time of booking and payable by Visa or MasterCard. Balance is due 90 days prior to date of arrival and can be paid by cheque or bank wire transfer to Private Villa Rentals.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be sent by email to reservations@privatevillarentals.com

30% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 days or more prior to arrival date

50% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 to 45 days prior to arrival date

100% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made within 45 days prior to arrival date

For Festive Season reservations (December 18-January 8) full payment is due 60 days prior to date of arrival and is 100% non-refundable.

Per TICO regulations Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation or medical | emergency insurance, however, purchase by travellers is highly recommended and available through other avenues.

 

Booking Terms

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non- refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.

All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10 are non-refundable.
