Palm Beach 410 has a commanding view with guests being able to look down the coast as far as Oistins and South Point while they enjoy their morning coffee. This charming two-bedroom holiday condo has been recently refurbished in 2022 creating a warm and inviting space for you to call home when in Barbados on your next vacation.

The unit has a wonderful open plan that flows through from the entrance past the second bedroom and master suite and into the open plan living room and kitchen which enjoys cool breezes from the east and large windows to enjoy the bright Caribbean sunshine. The expansive patio which runs the full length of the apartment is an excellent place to enjoy meals while watching the waves roll in or to cool out with a book and a coffee while the rest of your party cools off in one of the three large swimming pools.

The master bedroom is well equipped with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and shower, designated workspace area, walk in closets and stunning ocean views right from your bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be joined together as a king as well as its own ensuite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms and living room are also airconditioned for your convenience, making a perfect space to cool down after a day on the beach with family and friends.

The Condominiums at Palm Beach has a myriad of amenities to be enjoyed by guests including private onsite gym, 24-hour security, three communal pools, beach access and prime location. Walk just two minutes down the beach and join the South Coast Boardwalk where you can enjoy dinner and drinks at restaurants and bars such as Blakey’s on The Boardwalk, Tapas, Blue Pineapple or Naru. Head over to the Historic Garrison Savannah to take in a day of Horse Racing. Want to learn more about Barbados, a quick walk to the Barbados Museum or St. Ann’s Fort will take you on a journey through Barbados’ rich history.

Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions

30% of the total reservation including all taxes and fees is due at the time of booking and payable by Visa or MasterCard. Balance is due 90 days prior to date of arrival and can be paid by cheque or bank wire transfer to Private Villa Rentals.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be sent by email to reservations@privatevillarentals.com

30% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 days or more prior to arrival date

50% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 to 45 days prior to arrival date

100% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made within 45 days prior to arrival date

For Festive Season reservations (December 18-January 8) full payment is due 60 days prior to date of arrival and is 100% non-refundable.

Per TICO regulations Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation or medical | emergency insurance, however, purchase by travellers is highly recommended and available through other avenues.

 

Booking Terms

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non- refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.

All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10 are non-refundable.
