Palm Beach 101 is decorated to celebrate Barbados living and the artwork choose by the owner depicts old Barbados as it once was. As you continue through the entrance way your eyes are immediately drawn to the view through the living room windows. The open plan living, and dining area is well layout to enjoy the views and cool breezes from the East of the island. The kitchen features top of the line appliances and a 6-seater breakfast bar perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with family and friends.
The master bedroom offers and expansive area including a sitting area, desk, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower and soaking tub. The master bedroom also has views of the ocean through the large glass sliding door. Bedrooms two and three both feature ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, desks and built-in cupboards.

Terms and Conditions
30% of the total reservation including all taxes and fees is due at the time of booking and payable by Visa or MasterCard. Balance is due 90 days prior to date of arrival and can be paid by cheque or bank wire transfer to Private Villa Rentals.
Cancellation Policy

30% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 days or more prior to arrival date
50% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 to 45 days prior to arrival date
100% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made within 45 days prior to arrival date
For Festive Season reservations (December 18-January 8) full payment is due 60 days prior to date of arrival and is 100% non-refundable.
Per TICO regulations Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation or medical | emergency insurance, however, purchase by travellers is highly recommended and available through other avenues.
