It stands at the northern end of the Sandy Lane Beach, which offers excellent bathing, and commands a view of the entire bay. The house, built mostly of local coral stone, has a large open-plan living area and a separate dining pagoda. To compliment the architecture, its furnishings are of the finest quality. There are four luxury air-conditioned suites, three on the ground floor level and one on the first floor, each with its own private bathroom, overlooking the garden and the bay.
A unique two bedroom cottage is located on the property. This attractive cottage has a distinct tree-house feeling, with the living and dining on upstairs patios overlooking the attractively landscaped grounds of the complex. Both double bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and are air-conditioned. Tennis is available just next door at the Sandy Lane Property Owners' courts and there is also an excellent 18-hole golf course at the Sandy Lane Hotel. This reservation is subject to the following cancellation policy based on the number of days prior to arrival:
Winter Penalty
46 - 60 Days 25% of Rental forfeited
45 Days or Less 100% of Rental forfeited
Summer Penalty
15 – 30 Days 25% of Rental forfeited

Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenue and strongly recommended.
Booking Terms
50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are
final and non-
refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust
Account.
All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10
are
non-refundable.
