Emerald Beach 1 - Solandra is just one of six luxury villas wonderfully sited on Gibbs Bay in over an acre of landscaped gardens.
Each villa has three generously large air-conditioned bedrooms, two on the upper level and one of the ground floor, all with private patios enjoying spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. All bedrooms feature bathrooms en suite. Ceiling are throughout.
In addition to excellent beach and swimming facilities, there is a large salt water pool for the exclusive use of residents.

Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenue and strongly recommended.

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are

refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust
Account.
