Two bedroom suites are located in the main house, the third is located in the guest cottage.

All ages can take part in tennis programmes designed by British Davis Cup star, David Lloyd. Coaching clinics for beginners through to advanced players, social mixers and individual lessons are all part of the tennis centre at Sugar Hill. Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenue and strongly recommended.

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are
final and non-
refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust
Account.
All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10
are
non-refundable.
