Picture yourself opening the front door to one of the most sought-after Luxury Villas in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, the world renowned tropical vacation destination, only to be blown away by the perfectly designed window to one of the most coveted beachfront ocean-views in all of Mexico.
As you open the step down three steps the ocean-view window increases to full-frame through the entrance foyer area and living room through to the outdoor pool area in the distance. Upon opening the rustically finished glass door, you are swept by the impactful cross-ventilation experience created by the three coordinated doors and window openings directly through the middle of the main floor of the villa. This is what you imagined Puerto Vallarta to be like when you imagined traveling to Puerto Vallarta…
As you stroll into the foyer of the villa to take in the magnificent scene with your group of family and friends, you wonder at the perfectly ruffled waves and the white water created by the softly nestled rocks displaced out past one of the most perfect swimming beaches, and certainly the most picturesque, in all of Puerto Vallarta- Conchas Chinas Beach. You barely notice the luxurious foyer on your left, the spectacular luxury alabaster chandelier positioned at the top of the second floor roof of the villa, or the control room, bathroom and media room to your right.
As you walk through the living room of the villa you’re still too caught up to observe the spectacular Chef’s kitchen out of the left corner of your eye. With the staff having spent the day preparing for your 3pm check-in after your day of travel, the glass sliding doors are already open for you and your group of family and friends to walk through as the mixologist attempts to track you down to offer you chilled towels and welcome Margaritas & Guacamole. However, you’re still too preoccupied with getting to what will be the heart of your view for your Puerto Vallarta villa vacation as you walk past the manicured garden and water fountain in the pool terrace.
Palapas and lounge-chairs are waiting with rolled towels just in case anyone decides to impulsively jump into the crystal clear infinity edge pool overlooking Puerto Vallarta from the prestigious Lower Conchas Chinas location. Just as you begin to seriously consider it, the mixologist finally tracks you down to greet you with your welcome Margarita. You take a sip- and yes … they do taste even better in Mexico! All the worries that plagued you yesterday are so far away from you now that you’re on vacation in your beachfront Puerto Vallarta villa. You take another sip – these are really good, but maybe they just really do taste better while on vacation in Mexico? As you lick the salt off your lips you begin to feel the soothing trade winds just a few dozen feet away past the white sand beach down past the stone brick wall of your privately gated beachfront villa in Conchas Chinas. As though he were reading your mind, the warm local houseman greets you and asks if you would like to go down to feel the warm sand for yourself. You agree, tossing your shirt and shoes aside. A few other members of your group join – the others are experiencing real Guacamole near the secondary outdoor lounge table just outside the villas dining area entrance.
You walk past the Spa gently pouring a waterfall into the pool as you begin to hear the calming Tropical Mexican music playing in the background mellowing your psyche. You follow Alonso, the houseman, down the steps to the private beachfront door past the beach level restroom and shower. As you finally step out onto the soothing Conchas Chinas beach, it finally begins to sink in- you’re here! As you look back up the genuine river-rock wall you’re taken aback by the magnitude of the picturesque villa. 10,000 square feet never looked so good! Why can’t you travel here every day? Tropical flowers and foliage overflow the window-planters outside the second floor Master Bedroom surrounding the outdoor balcony area. You see two more ocean-view suites with private balconies adjacent the master bedroom- they must have really good views of the calm city lights of Puerto Vallarta. The two garden suites, as you’ve seen in your research, are located behind these on the garden side of the villa on the first and second floors meshed in with the tropical Puerto Vallarta rainforest protecting the villa up the hill behind the parking courtyard. Atop this you see the third floor Presidential Suite fully equipped with the outdoor showers to the right (which you really can’t see)! Imagine what the view of Puerto Vallarta is like up there!

Enjoy your drinks on the rocks or blended while the mixologist perfects the taste in each and every cocktail. Wake up and leave your bed un-made as you head out on your Canopy Tour south of Puerto Vallarta only to come back to freshly made beds. Relax knowing that if anything breaks, goes wrong, or stops working, you have an on-staff House-Man to take care of the villa maintenance work.

By the time you have arrived, you will likely have already been in contact with Chanel setting up your arrival and any special needs you may have wanted taken care of at the villa. Chanel will check you in on arrival and check you out of the villa on your departure. The check-in time is 3PM and the check-out time is 12 Noon. We trust that you can appreciate that we need to hold closely to these times as the Villa routine in terms of preparation and cleanup revolves around these times. Early check-ins and late check-outs impact the level of service we are able to deliver to all our guests – both departing and arriving. This is especially true if we have back to back reservations, which we often do. Chanel is in charge of making sure that the house and services are kept up to highest standards throughout your stay at Villa 56 from your arrival to departure. Villa 56 welcomes our guests and strives to deliver the highest level of quality personal services. We hope that one of the highlights of your stay with us will be your fully dedicated Private Chef. Mauricio has extensive experience in the culinary arts having worked at various private villas in Mexico over the years during which time he has earned numerous accolades for outstanding service. Fully bilingual and trained at some of the top restaurants in Chicago, Mauricio welcomes the opportunity to serve you at Villa 56. For larger groups Mauricio will usually be accompanied by his Assistant who helps with cocktails, prep-work, serving, clearing and general clean-up. Mauricio will typically arrive at 7:30 a.m. to serve breakfast to order as well as either lunch or dinner each day depending upon your preference. Upon arrival you will sit with him to discuss your needs for your stay and he will do your shopping throughout Puerto Vallarta for all your food and beverages. Mauricio knows where to find the best coffee, the top-of-the-line beef, the freshest lobster, great wines and of course only the very best tequila! We believe that the best dishes begin with the highest quality and freshest ingredients and Mauricio will never cut corners sacrificing quality or freshness.
He will request that you advance him funds to cover the cost of your food and beverage items – he will always return with complete receipts and your change for your review. To cover his costs and time we ask that he be reimbursed $40 per shopping trip.
Olga Perez
Housekeeper
The Villa housekeeping is done daily starting at 9:00 a.m. If there is anything you need to know pertaining to the housekeeping please don´t hesitate to mention it to Olga and she´ll be happy to assist you. The sheets are changed whenever you leave the laundry sign on the floor with the sheets to be changed or every 3rd day in any case. This is done to conserve energy and water and we ask you to help us.
Should you wish to have light laundry done for you, Olga will be pleased to comply, however the Villa is not set up to do personal laundry as a matter of course.
Dry Cleaning is also available, just let Olga know and she will take care of it with Chanel.
Alonso Baeza
House-man/Pool-man
Alonso ensures that everything is functioning throughout the Villa. He looks after the plumbing, the electrical, the AC systems, the Spa, the Pool, the fountains, the gas system and the landscaping. If you happen to see something that needs technical attention, please point it out to Alonso and he will do everything he can do get it right for you as soon as humanly possible.
Depending upon his schedule, Alonso is always willing to assist the other Villa staff members with anything that they may need help with from time to time.
Villa Location:
You fly into what has become what we can now call the International Hub that is the PVR Airport after over 30 years of progress. What was once a series of dirt landing strips is now a multi-terminal, busy, professionally operated international airport serving millions of travelers to Puerto Vallarta each and every year. Your group makes their way past customs (don’t lose the immigration form or you’ll have to pay $50 US for a new one when you leave!) and proceed to the baggage claim area. There are plenty of eager baggage attendants standing by to assist with pulling what ended up being – despite attempts to guard against it – your party’s excessive packing, off the belt and onto the luggage rack to help escort you through the baggage check area and past the 20 meter long time-shark area (if you make it through!) out to the shuttle and taxi area. There will be two taxi companies that will fight vehemently over your attention, but don’t worry- they are limited to their booth stands. As you walk past these lovely ladies, you will be outside and will feel your first spot of sunshine. If you decided to rent a car, all of these agencies will be nearby. If you decided to let us take care of the transportation, odds are that Noe, or someone else in his family’s Shuttle Business, will be there waiting for you after being notified of any flight delays or travel schedule modifications.
You and your group board Noe’s Ship (probably a Suburban) and commence your quick trip across Puerto Vallarta. We’ve worked with him for close to 3 years now and he’s always very warm and congenial. If you have any stops you would like to request, he is very accommodating and charges only slightly by the hour for additional stops along the way. Fine Wine shopping? Senor Frogs? The Malecon? The grocery store for the toothpaste you forgot to pack? Something usually does come up. Enjoy your quick 30 minute zip through Marina Vallarta, the Hotel Zone with some skyscrapers reaching up to 30 stories in some cases, Downtown to cruise past the world-famous Malecon, Old Town along the charming Mexican cobble-stone streets and small restaurants & shops, Amapas past the millions of apartments cuddled together and then down the hill from the road past other multi-million dollar properties to the privately gated wooden automatic door. If you’re early (what were the chances!) and beat the 3pm villa check-in time, the staff will warmly greet and receive your luggage and walk it down into the villa. From there, you are free to roam Puerto Vallarta with your private driver, Noe!
Here, at the heart of the prestigious Conchas Chinas neighborhood, you will find yourself only 5 minutes from Old Town and Zona Romantica – which is the liveliest and busiest part of Puerto Vallarta, boasting the most action that you will likely find in Puerto Vallarta. If you wanted to, you could easily make the 15 minute walk from the villa along the nicest beach in town. A walking neighborhood for everybody, you will find everything from cafes to beachfront bar/lounges to fine dining. If you wish to explore further, you can walk further into town along the beachfront boardwalk through the newly finished Malecon 2 into the world-famous Malecon. This is Puerto Vallarta’s nightlife hub and is also heavily frequented during the days as well, being in the heart of historic downtown Puerto Vallarta. Here you will find an even greater selection of fine dining, bars and lounges to relax in. Explore and travel the local Mexican tequila shops and cigar stores between your visits into the local juice shop or beachwear store. Mingle with the locals and tourists alike along this vibrant strip of Mexican warmth. Prepare yourself for a villa check-in experience that will have you swept off your feet.
