Booking Notes
All rates are based on 7 nights and include airport meet & greet, welcome basket and maid service 3 days per week (except weekends & Public Holidays).
A 9% Government Tax will be added to all rates.
Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom.
Minimum Booking is 5 nights except for Christmas & New Years where a 14 night minimum is required.

The Need To Know
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation received more than 60 days prior to arrival date, the 25% deposit will be refunded less a 15% service fee assessed against the refund value.
If cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival date or less, 100% of the rental price will be forfeited.
When a reservation is canceled 60 days prior to arrival or less, refunds for villas will only be granted if the villa is re-booked for the period of the booking. If a portion of the rental time is re-booked, then a pro-rated refund will be made.
Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenue and strongly recommended.
Booking Terms
50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non-
refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.
All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10 are
non-refundable.
