Equipped with a spacious computer ready study, fax machine, and eight seat conference table, the manor is an excellent venue for a management retreat. Other business services can be arranged. Each of the six bedrooms has an adjacent large terrace with a spectacular view of the ocean and/or St. Martin/St. Maarten. Spacious common areas include the living room, dining room and family room; all of which open unto an expansive terrace overlooking St. Martin where you can sun or dine.
The family room also opens onto a separate terrace for secluded seating. Anguilla Villa 109 is perfect for a relaxing holiday of luxury, comfort and privacy provides over 8,000 square feet of space for your fun and enjoyment.
The Six bedrooms are outfitted with a king size bed and one with 2 twins each with a private bathroom. Each bedroom has its own security safe.
Most bathrooms are equipped with a bidet, shower and bath. Grand master and master suites are spacious and feature a separate shower and a jaccuzzi. The master suite on the first floor features an outdoor shower made of natural Anguilla stone.
