Villa Siren's Song 7 Bedrooms | Beach Front - Located in Magnificent Botany Bay with Private Pool

Siren's Song is located within an exclusive 400+ acre development, The Preserve at Botany Bay, which currently has 10 large homes on 2.5 to 15 acre lots, and a security gate manned 24/7. Siren’s Song is perched on its 2.5+ acre gated lot of cliff top land, with 700 ft of water front. A 5 min stroll takes you to the beach at Mermaids Chair, a sand bar that separates the Atlantic Ocean from the Caribbean Sea and connects St Thomas to a small island to the West, called Little St Thomas, owned by the Nature Conservancy. The beaches of sand shells, corals and pebbles are constantly changing with the winds and the tides. Just off shore the unspoiled coral reefs are alive with a multitude of live hard and soft corals and many different species of tropical fish. Your neighbors are Siren's Song's owners who live on the adjacent lot and are happy to assist if needed. The living area, dining area, five bedrooms and outdoor terrace have balconies with stunning 250+ degree sea views of uninhabited islands. On a clear day you can see St Croix to the South and Puerto Rico to the West. Siren's Song's Main Level:

A terra-cotta replica Chinese emperor welcomes you into Siren's Sons' foyer where a waterfall ushers you into this luxurious villa. Ahead is a cozy sitting area with six chairs and steps leading down to the pool level below. To your right is the gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area, with alfresco dining on the terrace beyond. The terrace has a gas grill and 2 dining tables each with a sun umbrella for shade and 6 chairs. The dining area has a 12 ft dining table with 14 matching dining chairs. To your left is a powder room, the living area with three comfy white sofas and media centers. Further to the left an archway leads to 3 air conditioned bedrooms ( 2 king and 1 twin) and 2 bathrooms. The king bedroom with forest views has a separate outdoor entrance. The main level has Italian ceramic tiles on the floors, with scattered rugs and natural wood ceilings. Furnishings are largely mahogany reproduction Caribbean antiques with art work collected from around the world by the owners.

Siren's Song's Upper Level:

Siren’s Song’s upper level, accessed by a stylishly curved staircase from the main level has 4 air conditioned bedrooms, each with a 4 poster, king size bed and en-suite bath, and its own private balcony with sea and island views. There is a sofa bed in a smaller air-conditioned bedroom, which has an enclosed washer / dryer laundry, perfect for small children who must be near parents. Another sofa bed is on the large atrium landing of the upper level. A deck with chairs extends along a portion of the upper level, with forest views, swept by refreshing Caribbean trade-winds. The upper level has wooden floors, with scattered rugs and wooden cathedral ceilings. Furnishings are largely mahogany reproduction Caribbean antiques with art work collected from around the world by the owners.

Siren's Song's Pool Level:

At the pool level, five fountains cascade into the infinity edge pool, which overlooks the lower level gardens, Caribbean Sea and several uninhabited islands. The pool is four feet deep and has benches along the sides for sitting in the pool. The pool is surrounded by green lawns and lawn furniture and there is a double sink wet bar. Additionally the pool level has a second grill. There is also exercise equipment, pool toys, beach toys, a half bathroom, outdoor shower and second washer and dryer. Under the wet bar is snorkel equipment pool exercise equipment and fishing gear.

The Beach:

On the beach to the East of Mermaids Chair, the land belongs to the owners of Siren's Song and they have for your enjoyment some umbrellas for shade, tables chairs and loungers. There are also 3 kayaks. From Mermaids Chair you can take a short hike across Little St Thomas to natural boulder rock pools washed by the sea. For the more adventurous a mile hike will take you to another beach within The Preserve at Botany Bay, called Sandy Bay. Mermaids Chair, Little St Thomas and Sandy Bay are generally deserted and you will probably be the only people there. Spend your sun spangled days snorkeling, shelling, beach combing, fishing, hiking, kayaking, picnicking and luxuriating in the natural boulder pools.

No maid service is included in Siren's Song rentals - hotel style mid-week service may be pre-arranged at $500 per visit

7 bedrooms, 6 baths + 2 half-baths, 1 at the pool and 1 interior powder room 
All guests at Siren's Song are required to sign a liability waiver upon arrival at the villa, stating that they will exercise caution when on the shorelines and beaches, in the water, kayaking and climbing rocks. 

An additional, notarized child liability waiver is required for all children under 12 years.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and has two large refrigerators. The pool level has a double sink wet bar. Fishing gear is available. There are 2 kayaks on the beach. There are tables and chairs on the beach for picnics.

Maximum head count is 22 persons (adults) or 16 adults, + up to 6 children on balcony sofa bed and/or inflatable air beds

Pool specs: 15 x 26 x 4 deep, with an infinity edge, + benches in the pool and fountains

Nearest beach: Mermaid's Chair and Little St. Thomas, a 5-minute walk down from this villa

Host your wedding or other milestone event at Siren's Song! There will be a maximum of 50 guests, including guests registered at the villa. There will be a 7-night minimum stay requirement at full villa rate, an additional refundable damage deposit of $1,000 and a non-refundable surcharge of $1,500. 

Guests hosting events at the villa will be required to review, sign and return an events policy in advance of arrival, and all additional fees are are due and payable within 45 days of arrival. We will require the names and contact details for any vendors, who must be verified as licensed and insured to do business. 

Caterers will be responsible for bringing their own place settings, cutlery, cookware and other implements, including for bar services - none of the villa's dishes, cookware, cutlery or other implements are to be used. 

Vendors will be responsible for removal of all trash and complete cleanup following the event. Villas left dirty or in need of service will result in guest being billed for additional maid or other services as required.

Siren's Song is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and guests hosting events here are required to arrange for shuttle or taxi services to and from the property in order to lessen the traffic and congestion before, during, and after the event.

Noise is to be kept to a minimum, particularly in the evening, with 10pm being the cut-off time for any amplified sounds or acoustic music.

Only registered guests may sleep at Siren's Song - there shall be no overnight guests other than those registered to be at the villa (we will require a full listing of all parties, including their ages).

No events will be permitted on the final night of the reservation. Portions of the additional refundable damage deposit may be retained in case of excessive garbage left behind, damages, or other issues.
