Villa Peace of Mind is ideal for large families or groups of adults traveling together. Nestled on 1.5 acres of lush landscaped gardens overlooking the ocean, the villa provides utter peace and quiet, save the sounds of the cooling trade winds, song birds and waves lapping at the shore. Built into a hillside 127 steps above the sea, Villa Peace of Mind commands stunning views of the ocean, Thatch Cay, St John and The British Virgin Islands.
One arrives at Villa Peace of Mind through an electric security gate into a private driveway with ample parking for three cars. The two story villa is built into the slope of a hill where one enters the main floor through a foyer leading to the gourmet kitchen and open dining area. The large infinity pool and pool deck are accessible from the living/ dining area, as well as from the outdoor dining room and deck that runs the length of the villa. A media room, master bedroom and other queen bedded room are also on the main floor.
The lower level contains the family suite, two queen bedded bedrooms and a deck that runs the length of the villa. There is a covered outdoor sitting area on the lower level with a stairwell leading up to the pool. The sixth bedroom is located on the end on the lower level and is accessible from the covered porch. All rooms have self-controlled air conditioning.
Décor throughout Villa Peace of Mind is Caribbean casual, specifically designed to maximize comfort and enhance the views and natural surroundings. Trade winds keep Villa Peace of Mind cool throughout the day, although every room has self-controlled air-conditioning and most rooms have ceiling fans. For diversions from the views there are 6 flat screen TV’s, DVD player, Bluetooth stereo and Wi-Fi
Great Room:
Kitchen & Living/ Dining Rooms Large gourmet kitchen with exquisite custom cabinetry, granite countertops, granite island with 4 stools, six burner gas stove, convection oven, stainless appliances; dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, double basin sink. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, cutlery, china, coffee and espresso makers, micro-wave, blender. There is a gas grill just outside the kitchen to accord outdoor cooking.
The open kitchen leads to the indoor dining area, with a dining room table suitable for 6 person. Just outside the indoor dining area, through sliding glass doors, is a covered outdoor dining room with a large teak table and seating for 8 persons.
Media Room Next to the indoor dining area is a comfortable media room with a three seat couch and two comfortable arm chairs. The room is equipped with a 35†flat screen TV, DVD player and iPod dock. Sliding glass doors lead to the outside deck/ porch
Bedrooms - Main Floor:
Master Bedroom: Spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and adjoining office that can be converted into a double bedded room. Two large closets, flat screen TV, large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, granite countertops with double basin sinks. Double sliding glass doors open to the outside deck and private sitting area with a coffee table and chaise lounges.
Bedroom 2: Queen bedded room opposite the media room and ensuite bathroom, flat screen TV
Bedrooms - Lower level:
The lower level is accessible via an indoor stairwell or outdoor stairwell.
Family Suite: Large queen bedded room with a twin trundle bed in adjacent room. Large bathroom with full tub and shower. Direct access to outdoor deck and patio
Bedrooms 4 and 5: Queen bedded rooms that share a bathroom.
Bedroom 6: A queen bedded room with private access from the deck/ patio. En suite bathroom with walk in shower
Amenities:
Electronic gate for security & privacy. A/C & flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, Wi-Fi available throughout house, Media Room equipped with a 35†flat screen TV, DVD player, Bluetooth stereo, and iPod dock. Gourmet kitchen stocked with cookware, cutlery, china, CuisinArt coffee maker, espresso maker, micro-wave, and blender. Six burner gas stove, convection oven, stainless appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and double basin sink. Safe for valuables, Weber Genesis 5 burner propane grill, automatic generator. Four beach chairs and two complete sets of snorkel gear are available at house for guests’ use.

Information about specific Caribbean villa rentals including the rates and availability of the villas is subject to change at any time. Villa rental quotes are subject to our revision. Weekly and nightly villa rental rates listed do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (10% for U.S. Virgin Islands villas including St. Thomas villas, St. John villas and St. Croix villas; 7% for British Virgin Islands villas including the Little Thatch Island villa, Tortola villas and Virgin Gorda villas, and 10% for Grenada villas).
