Villa Ocean Haven 3 Bedroom | Ocean Front - Located in Beautiful Peterborg with Private Pool

Ocean Haven is ideally perched on more than an acre of private oceanfront land on the north shore of the prestigious Peterborg Peninsula of St Thomas. The villa's majestic cliffside location allows Ocean Haven to take full advantage of the Island's cool sea breezes. From the main floor balcony or the expansive pool terrace, watch pelicans glide by at eye level, or peer through the villa's binoculars to watch a glimpse of migrating whales. During the heat of the day, lounge in Ocean Haven's sparkling new swimming pool or relax under the enchanting shaded pergola, and enjoy the fragrance of tropical flowers wafting through the air.

In the evening, savor a home cooked or catered meal in the villa's open dining room while gazing out to Ocean Haven's coveted down-island view.  For dining out, the villa is located just minutes away from local restaurants including the Old Stone Farmhouse and the Grille at Mahogany Run.  Other nearby attractions include the championship-caliber Mahogany Run Golf Course, and the ever-popular beach at Magen's Bay.

Each of Ocean Haven's spacious bedrooms offers spectacular panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, the British Virgin Islands, and Great Hans Lollik.  With three generously sized bedrooms and three full bathrooms, Ocean Haven comfortably accommodates six adults.  For the comfort and convenience of our guests, the villa is fully air-conditioned.

Ocean Haven's amenities include wireless internet, flat screen/cable TV's printer/scanner/fax, automatic generator, beach chairs, coffee maker, hairdryers, washer/dryer, answer machine, blender, cooler and iPod docks.  The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with china, glassware, cookware and appliances. Use of the lower level wet bar w/refrigerator/freezer combo for rentals of all 3 bedrooms (2 upper + 1 lower).

Additional Information: 
1-4 guests will have full use of the 2 Upper Level BR suites, Great Room (including living, kitchen and dining areas) and pool deck (accessed via exterior staircase)
5-6 guests will have full use of all 3 Upper + Lower Level BR suites, Great Room (including living, kitchen and dining areas), wet bar on Lower Level + pool deck.

Ocean Haven is not suitable for pets or for children under the age of eight. A waiver is required for all children under the age of 18.
Housekeeping is provided once per week.
OCEAN HAVEN IS A NON-SMOKING VILLA. Any evidence of smoking, burning of tobacco, or incense shall incur a $250 cleaning charge.
