Its five bedrooms are spread across three levels, Diamond Villa seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. The entry-level welcomes you with a grand hallway and a striking spiraling staircase. Here, you’ll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a private balcony and ensuite bathroom featuring modern rainfall showers.
Descending to the lower level, you’ll step into the heart of the villa - a spacious indoor living area that flows effortlessly into the dining space and a sleek, fully equipped kitchen. The stunning ocean panorama immediately draws you outside, where a covered dining area, sun-drenched lounge space, and an infinity-edge pool await. Take a refreshing dip or unwind at the unique in-pool round seating area, all while basking in the endless views of the Caribbean Sea. 30% of the total reservation including all taxes and fees is due at the time of booking and payable by Visa or MasterCard. Balance is due 90 days prior to date of arrival and can be paid by cheque or bank wire transfer to Private Villa Rentals.
Cancellation Policy

30% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 days or more prior to arrival date
50% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 to 45 days prior to arrival date
100% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made within 45 days prior to arrival date
For Festive Season reservations (December 18-January 8) full payment is due 60 days prior to date of arrival and is 100% non-refundable.
Per TICO regulations Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation or medical | emergency insurance, however, purchase by travellers is highly recommended and available through other avenues.
