A La Mer a magnificent and ever popular estate is located on Great Cruz Bay.

This Waterfront Property is a few minutes drive from Cruz Bay. The main villa is definitely the hub of it all as the large and inviting pool is just footsteps away from the pool cabana. The faux sandy beach is set with chaise lounges and a fire pit for those cooler nights under the stars. The sprawling air-conditioned 2 tiered Main Villa features seven bedrooms and bath suites and a beautiful spacious great room.
 
Two of the bedrooms connect, this is ideal for parents who desire to be close to their children. Next to the great room, on the other side of the beautifully tiled foyer is the large gourmet kitchen; behind the kitchen is a powder room that looks into a walled garden.
 
Outside the main villa is the covered poolside terrace, it is well appointed with posh upholstered chairs and a round table for those special meals. The kitchen has an attached counter with bar stools. This huge outdoor living area has two gas grills; one is actually located in a lovely garden. This level has very comfortable chaise lounges as well as a Ping-Pong table.

Feast your eyes on the most amazing aquamarine pool with a shallow shelf ideal for sun lovers and small children. On the ocean side of the pool there are additional chaise lounges and a fire pit. A swim-up bar with underwater bar stools at the pool cabana makes it perfect for watching the large screen cable TV and DVD player. In additional there is a wet bar with ice maker, beverage cooler and dishwasher. 

The cabana also features a convenient powder room, outdoor shower, and an automatic shutter that moves down at the touch of a button to protect it when not in use.
 
For experienced Divers there is  access to snorkel from the waterfront into Great Cruz Bay.  Or venture over to the Westin Resort a 12 minute walk where you can enjoy the beautiful beach.

À La Mer's Cottage, which houses two fabulous additional bedrooms, is to the side of the Main Villa. The Cottage's garage houses beach chairs, coolers, and a washer and dryer. A La Mer offers various custom features such as mahogany cabinetry, beautiful tile design throughout the villa, tasteful décor, wonderful art prints, and additional amenities for your enjoyment. This superb villa experience will remain with you and your guests as one of your most memorable vacations. A La Mer your sunshine awaits you.

full air-conditioning and a complete kitchen with dishwasher in the upper apartment suite, plus a washer and dryer at garden level.

Pool cabana with swim-up bar, 51" flat-screen cable TV + DVD player, wet bar, icemaker, beverage cooler, dishwasher, powder room, outside shower and electric roll-down shutter; waterfall in pool, pool volleyball, pool floats, foam noodles and pool games for children; basketball hoop, bocce ball, horseshoe pit, shuffleboard court; white-sand "beach" area with fire pit brazier; ping-pong table; outdoor patio with a fountain and seating for smoking; automatic generator, manually-gated driveway entry. 

Also at the Villa:
A full-size wooden crib, nylon Pack 'n' Play crib/playpen, highchair, baby monitor and assorted toys; exercise mat with ball, light freeweights; coolers, fold-up beach chairs.

* RATIO OF ADULTS TO CHILDREN ALLOWED AT À La Mer: Max of 18 ADULTS ONLY in both the Main Villa (14 adults MAXIMUM in the Main Villa's 7 bedroom suites) and in the Cottage (4 adults MAXIMUM in the Cottage's two bedrooms). "Adults" are persons 16 years and older - no exceptions, please. 1 to 2 children (under 16 years old ONLY) may use the small two-twin-trundle beds in the Main Villa's upstairs alcove (included in the Main Villa rental rate), and 1 to 2 children in the Cottage's apartment living area trundle beds (included in the Cottage rental rate). If your group has more than 4 children under 16 years, please inquire for special permission to use twin air beds... to be handled on a case-by-case basis by owner - additional rent will be charged for these exceptions!

1 to 14 guests (using 7 bedrooms, and not more than 1 to 2 children under 16 years only, sleeping on the upstairs alcove's 2-twin trundle bed) may rent the Main Villa ONLY. A La Mer's Cottage (for an added 4 adults and 1 to 2 children under 16 years, MAXIMUM, can be added to the Main Villa for an extra charge - see Rates. THE COTTAGE IS NEVER RENTED SEPARATELY DURING A GUEST STAY, SO YOUR PRIVACY AT A LA MER IS ASSURED.

THE WESTIN RESORT offers a weekly pass for $80 per guest, for use of its gym and tennis courts. Daily passes are $20 each. Tennis must be booked in advance, subject to availability. Hourly rate for tennis play is $20/hour. Rackets are for rent at $10 per hour; balls are $8 per can for 3. Use of Westin's Spa is also by appointment only; credit card required to secure spa appointments.

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non- refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.

All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10 are non-refundable.
