After that, the taxi will take you directly to your villa where one of our staff will be there to greet you, introduce the staff and show you the villa.
Once you are settled at the villa, one of our staff will direct you to the Villa Owner’s Club at the hotel where you will need to register as guests of the resort. Each person (except for children ages 0-4) in your party must register and pay a resort registration fee of US$20/night (adults) and US$10/night (children ages 4-12). Each registered guest will receive a guest pass which will give them access to the resort’s many amenities. The guest passes function as a credit card and can be used during your stay to charge food, drinks and other services. At the end of your stay all the charges to the guest passes will be charged to your credit card. When you check out, we recommend that you stop by the Villa Owner’s Club to close your account.
The Villa Owner’s Club will give you maps and daily activity schedules to orient you, and usually has newspapers to keep you posted on the latest international news. Many services are available through the Villa Owner’s Club, including chefs, butlers, child care, catering, etc.
