Villa Tom Tom is a well-appointed five bedroom luxury villa located in Westmoreland St. James overlooking the exclusive West Coast of Barbados.
The large wooden front door of the villa leads to an exquisite interior of natural coral stone walls, wooden floors, furnished with beautiful custom made furniture imported directly from Indonesia and Bali with Caribbean influences. The villa was designed by London architect, Harper Downie and was completed in late 2007.
The spacious formal living room features handmade Balinese stone carvings and opens up to an outdoor terrace complete with a large infinity-edge pool and uninterrupted views of the Caribbean Sea. When lit up at night Villa Tom Tom's pool deck transforms into a magical private setting perfect for an evening of cocktails, a midnight swim or stargazing. The open plan, well-equipped kitchen flows through to the dining area situated on the terrace and offers alfresco dining with wonderful views. There is also a barbeque grill on the terrace for more casual culinary moments!
The Master bedroom is upstairs and has floor to ceiling windows providing stunning views of the Caribbean sea and Barbados' west coast. Four of the luxurious bedrooms are on the ground floor; all offer privacy and relaxation with high degrees of comfort and spaciousness. Two of the suites feature four-poster beds and their own outdoor tub in a tropical courtyard that creates a spa-like atmosphere. The fifth suite has a courtyard and twin beds.
Hidden away off the main living area is the cosy media room where you can curl up with a good book or watch your favorite movie in air conditioned comfort.
Holetown is a five minute drive away from the villa and offers excellent duty free shopping at Limegrove as well as being in close proximity to the many excellent restaurants offering both international and local cuisine. Also nearby is renowned Royal Westmoreland golf course which can be booked through Blue Sky Luxury's Concierge team. Villa Tom Tom enjoys privileged access to the Fairmont Royal Pavilion beach facility where guests may use the sun loungers, beach umbrellas and food & beverage facilities within the resort.

The Need To Know
1. We require sixty (60) days notice in writing prior to the arrival of tenants at the villa in order for us to refund deposit(s) paid. The final balance of rental is due forty five (45) days prior to the tenantâ€™s arrival at the villa and where cancellation is made within this period the entire rental is forfeited.
2. Should a booking, made under forty five (45) days prior to the clientâ€™s arrival, be cancelled, the entire amount paid by the client is forfeited.
We reserve the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of rental is not paid forty five (45) days prior to clientâ€™s arrival date.
Please note Rates, length of stay, payment and cancellation policies vary for Christmas and New Year Bookings and Bookings in excess of 28-days. During the period 20th December to 10th January (or any other Specially Designated period) bookings shall not be accepted on behalf of the Owner for periods of less than 14 days- unless otherwise expressly agreed. Payment by the guest to the Company of the deposit equal to 50% of the total rental fee is required to confirm such a booking and payment of the remaining 50% is required 60 days prior to the arrival of the Client. All payments for reservations during this period are non-refundable.
A 10% processing fee will be charged on any refund for a cancelled booking or part thereof.
Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenue and strongly recommended.
50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non-
refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.
