This 5 Bedroom Villa can be rented as a 3 or 4 Bedroom Villa at special rates!

Some of the best sunsets belong to the West Coast of Barbados where the beautiful beachfront Villa La Paloma resides.

On the ground level there is a king sized bedroom and a games room. Four additional bedrooms can be found on the upper level - one being a master queen size suite and three twin bedrooms. All are air-conditioned with ceiling fans and en suite bathrooms.

The dining room, with its hardwood floors and furnishings, has a colonial style plantation house ambiance. There is also a living room and gourmet kitchen and the villa now offers a lovely splash pool with wood deck, ideal for a quick dip while relaxing in the garden.

A terrace with jealousy windows, lattice work and furnishings that are upholstered in soft blue and white motifs reminiscent of the Caribbean sky, overlook the calm waters of the Caribbean Sea where water sports enthusiasts thrive and sunsets enthral.

Bedroom Description:

Master bedroom has a Queen size bed.

2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms have twin beds that can be made into Kings if requested.

5th bedroom has a King size bed.

Bathroom Description:

Master bathroom has a tub with separate shower.

2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th bathrooms are showers only.

Staff

Staff work from 8:30 am to 1:30 take a break until 5pm and then return to do dinner. If dinner concludes after 8:00 pm. Guest are required to provide a taxi to the nearest bus stop.

Staff only work one bank holiday over the Christmas holidays.

Two meals a day are prepared by the cook, either Breakfast /Lunch, Breakfast/Dinner or Lunch/Dinner.

The cook’s day off is Saturday. (Seventh Day Adventist)

The Need To Know

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, the booking must be cancelled 90 days prior to the rental date in order to recover the deposit.

The owner also has the option to cancel the booking 90 days prior to the rental date. The rental must be cancelled up to 42 days prior to the rental date in order to recover the balance of rent. After 42 days full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time.

Christmas Rentals Non-Refundable

Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenue and strongly recommended.

Booking Terms

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non- refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.

All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10 are non-refundable.
