Situated at the end of a shady semi-circular driveway, Villa High Trees offers guests a comfortable and relaxed Barbados holiday experience. The villa has been recently renovated, and features traditional terrazzo floors, warm muted décor, with touches of colour to enhance its Caribbean flavor.
Located at the center of the villa, the entry foyer serves as the inside sitting area. Wide French doors lead on to the covered patio where guests can relax with a cool Caribbean drink, or dine alfresco. It’s just steps to the large wooden deck surrounding the pool, where guests can enjoy comfortable lounge chairs just in case it is the sun rather than the shade they are looking for. A pathway leads from the patio, through the lovely gardens, to a second deck area at the beach edge. The beach deck features a small gazebo, and outdoor dining, at the same time enjoying the privacy offered by the low sea wall. For your convenience there are two gates that offer you direct access to the beach.
The bedrooms are all air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom features a "wet room” in its en-suite bathroom as well as direct access to the pool deck. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have direct access to the pool deck, as well as connecting via the bathroom – a great option for parents and children. Bedroom 4 is located to the left of the entry foyer.
The airy kitchen is located to the left of the foyer, and also has French doors leading on to the outdoor terrace.
Villa High Trees is located on the well known Gibbs Beach, on the west coast of Barbados. The villa is within walking distance to Mullins Beach, and is just a 5 minute drive to Speightstown, where guests can enjoy shopping and casual dining options. Holetown is a 15 minute drive away. This holiday rental villa is an excellent choice for families or groups of friends wishing to enjoy a relaxing Barbados vacation.

The Need To Know
1. We require sixty (60) days notice in writing prior to the arrival of tenants at the villa in order for us to refund deposit(s) paid. The final balance of rental is due forty five (45) days prior to the tenant’s arrival at the villa and where cancellation is made within this period the entire rental is forfeited.
2. Should a booking, made under forty five (45) days prior to the client’s arrival, be cancelled, the entire amount paid by the client is forfeited.
We reserve the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of rental is not paid forty five (45) days prior to client’s arrival date.
Please note Rates, length of stay, payment and cancellation policies vary for Christmas and New Year Bookings and Bookings in excess of 28-days. During the period 20th December to 10th January (or any other Specially Designated period) bookings shall not be accepted on behalf of the Owner for periods of less than 14 days- unless otherwise expressly agreed. Payment by the guest to the Company of the deposit equal to 50% of the total rental fee is required to confirm such a booking and payment of the remaining 50% is required 60 days prior to the arrival of the Client. All payments for reservations during this period are non-refundable.
A 10% processing fee will be charged on any refund for a cancelled booking or part thereof.
Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenue and strongly recommended.
50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non-
refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.
