Villa Harmony House is a delightful coral stone villa located on Gibbs Beach, on the famed West Coast of Barbados. The villa consists of three air-conditioned en suite bedrooms. The master suite and second bedroom are on the first floor while the third bedroom is on the ground floor. All of the bedroom suites open up to a private balcony, the perfect place to have your morning cup of coffee or to read a book in peace and quiet. Local art gives accents of bright tropical colours and beautifully complements the coral stone walls. The well-appointed bathroom for the master bedroom and second upstairs bathroom both features an outdoor shower; there is a shower in the downstairs bathroom. A further powder room is located on the ground floor.
The ground floor lounge is beautifully and tastefully furnished and double French doors open onto a covered patio area with a built-in bar, plunge pool and alfresco dining. The dining table seats up to 10 persons and is flanked by a stunning custom-designed sculptural mirror. At night the entire patio transforms into a magical oasis lit by handmade copper lanterns and specially designed handmade candle sconces making it an ideal place to entertain and relax with friends.
The wet-bar on the patio is outfitted with a wine cooler and an ice machine ensuring guests can enjoy a refreshing drink without leaving the comfort of this shady spot. In front of the patio is a cool shaded tropical garden that opens up to the beautiful white sandy beach known as Gibbs Beach. Here you can swim in the calm, turquoise Caribbean Sea or stroll along the beach towards the popular Mullins Beach Bar where they also serve excellent sundowners!

The Need To Know
1. We require sixty (60) days notice in writing prior to the arrival of tenants at the villa in order for us to refund deposit(s) paid. The final balance of rental is due forty five (45) days prior to the tenant’s arrival at the villa and where cancellation is made within this period the entire rental is forfeited.
2. Should a booking, made under forty five (45) days prior to the client’s arrival, be cancelled, the entire amount paid by the client is forfeited.
We reserve the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of rental is not paid forty five (45) days prior to client’s arrival date.
Please note Rates, length of stay, payment and cancellation policies vary for Christmas and New Year Bookings and Bookings in excess of 28-days. During the period 20th December to 10th January (or any other Specially Designated period) bookings shall not be accepted on behalf of the Owner for periods of less than 14 days- unless otherwise expressly agreed. Payment by the guest to the Company of the deposit equal to 50% of the total rental fee is required to confirm such a booking and payment of the remaining 50% is required 60 days prior to the arrival of the Client. All payments for reservations during this period are non-refundable.
A 10% processing fee will be charged on any refund for a cancelled booking or part thereof.
Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenue and strongly recommended.
50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non-
refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.
