The living room, dining and kitchen are fully air-conditioned for your convenience creating an excellent spot to relax after a long day at the beach. There is a large covered patio with a small corner garden perfect for enjoying a morning coffee before your swim or getting the family outside to enjoy a local 'Bajan' dinner.
All three bedrooms are on the upper level and feature air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom also features a large patio with seating perfect for enjoying a book as the sun sets.

Cancellation Policy
All reservations are final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded.
Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenue and strongly recommended.
