Villa Illusion is a custom built private villa nestled in the gated resort community of the very popular Sugar Hill Resort. Sugar Hill is located inland slightly north of Holetown on the West Coast of Barbados, and famed for the West Coast beaches, excellent shopping and renowned restaurants.
The luxurious Sandy Lane Hotel inspired the design of Villa Illusion and the result was a breathtaking villa, which combines elegance with contemporary design in impressive style. As you walk through the large glass front doors you are greeted by an uninterrupted vista of the Caribbean Sea. The foyer spills out onto a covered terrace that overlooks the large swimming pool and dual staircases that lead down to the pool area. To the left of the covered terrace is the formal dining room and to the right is the master suite.
The dining room is spacious and cool with a large glass table that seats twelve persons. The room itself transforms into an alfresco dining area as three walls of folding glass doors open up to a wrap around balcony allowing you to dine amongst swaying mahogany trees and travelers palms. Right off the dining room is the well-outfitted kitchen. The kitchen has abundant space, easily accommodating two wine coolers, a number of stainless steel appliances and a dumb waiter designed to facilitate the hassle-free transfer of meals to the external dining area on the pool level.
On the lower level of Villa Illusion is a tastefully designed living room with the solo purpose of being a comfortable place to relax. It is equipped with a large flat screen television with cable TV, DVD player, Bose surround speakers and a bar for your convenience. It is an open plan room, which leads through a number of arches onto the pool deck. The pool deck has numerous loungers, a barbecue and two gazebos both gazebos are outfitted with Bose surround sound system. One gazebo has a small outdoor kitchenette and the other gazebo has an informal dining area. The pool area is an ideal place to lounge, take cooling dips in the pool, listen to music, sip on cocktails and enjoy barbecue for lunch or dinner.
All of the bedroom suites are air-conditioned, have private covered terraces, en suite bathrooms and a security safe. Four of the bedroom suites are equally proportioned and are located on the ground floor of Villa Illusion. The master suite is on the first floor and features a second living room, a large flat screen television with cable TV, DVD player and Bose surround speakers. The master suite also has a large walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom that includes a tub and separate shower. The king size bed allows you to lounge in bed and have a view of the sea.
Villa Illusion is located in Sugar Hill Resort Community that offers a number of resort amenities including a Clubhouse, acclaimed restaurant, two resort swimming pools, and four championship tennis courts. Sugar Hill has had tennis stars such as Serena Williams and Caroline Wozniaki play on their courts. The resort is only a short 5-minute drive from its beach facility located at The Fairmont Royal Pavilion.

The Need To Know
Cancellation Policy
1. We require sixty (60) days notice in writing prior to the arrival of tenants at the villa in order for us to refund deposit(s) paid. The final balance of rental is due forty five (45) days prior to the tenant’s arrival at the villa and where cancellation is made within this period the entire rental is forfeited.
2. Should a booking, made under forty five (45) days prior to the client’s arrival, be cancelled, the entire amount paid by the client is forfeited.
We reserve the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of rental is not paid forty five (45) days prior to client’s arrival date.
Please note Rates, length of stay, payment and cancellation policies vary for Christmas and New Year Bookings and Bookings in excess of 28-days. During the period 20th December to 10th January (or any other Specially Designated period) bookings shall not be accepted on behalf of the Owner for periods of less than 14 days- unless otherwise expressly agreed. Payment by the guest to the Company of the deposit equal to 50% of the total rental fee is required to confirm such a booking and payment of the remaining 50% is required 60 days prior to the arrival of the Client. All payments for reservations during this period are non-refundable.
A 10% processing fee will be charged on any refund for a cancelled booking or part thereof.
Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenue and strongly recommended.

refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust
Account.
All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10

non-refundable.
