Villa A15 is a stylish and comfortable 4 bedroom villa located in the exclusive Sugar Hill community on the West Coast of Barbados. The villa enjoys an elevated aspect within this attractive community and offers expansive views of the beautifully landscaped gardens and the ocean as well as pleasant cooling breezes.
The villa’s elegantly furnished air-conditioned living room opens on to a spacious terrace via French doors, with sitting and dining areas that allow guests to fully enjoy the amazing views and the stunning evening sunsets. The deck around the private plunge pool offers sun loungers as well as additional outdoor seating. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned, tastefully furnished and feature stylish and well appointed en suite bathrooms. There are two bedrooms located on the upper level of the villa, each with private balconies overlooking the pool deck. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor. The fourth bedroom is located in the separate cottage that features a small kitchenette.
Sugar Hill is a private exclusive inland community, located on 50 acres overlooking the Caribbean Sea, and is a short drive away from the fabulous west coast beaches as well as the amenities of Holetown, which include international brand shopping, banks, vibrant nightlife and an excellent choice of restaurants. Guests staying at Villa A15 enjoy access to the Sugar Hill Clubhouse, pool, fitness centre and tennis courts and also have special beach access via the avenue leading to Heron Bay Estate, which is a 5 minute drive away.

The Need To Know
Cancellation Policy
1. We require sixty (60) days notice in writing prior to the arrival of tenants at the villa in order for us to refund deposit(s) paid. The final balance of rental is due forty five (45) days prior to the tenant’s arrival at the villa and where cancellation is made within this period the entire rental is forfeited.
2. Should a booking, made under forty five (45) days prior to the client’s arrival, be cancelled, the entire amount paid by the client is forfeited.
We reserve the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of rental is not paid forty five (45) days prior to client’s arrival date.
Please note Rates, length of stay, payment and cancellation policies vary for Christmas and New Year Bookings and Bookings in excess of 28-days. During the period 20th December to 10th January (or any other Specially Designated period) bookings shall not be accepted on behalf of the Owner for periods of less than 14 days- unless otherwise expressly agreed. Payment by the guest to the Company of the deposit equal to 50% of the total rental fee is required to confirm such a booking and payment of the remaining 50% is required 60 days prior to the arrival of the Client. All payments for reservations during this period are non-refundable.
A 10% processing fee will be charged on any refund for a cancelled booking or part thereof.
Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenue and strongly recommended.

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are
final and non-
refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust
Account.
All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10
are
non-refundable.
