A lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium situated overlooking the calm of Reeds Bay on the platinum West Coast of Barbados, equidistance from the bustling coastal hubs of Holetown and Speightstown and boasting breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea as well as all of the comforts of home, away from home.
This first floor holiday home is accessed via a cool coral stone foyer and stairwell but the sparkling ocean is the first thing you will notice when you arrive. The open plan fully equipped kitchen and the sitting room with television lead out via French doors to a bright and airy double outside covered terrace that overlooks the picturesque gardens and beach. The double terrace contains a charming dining area where you can enjoy a meal overlooking the ocean and beautiful gardens and a relaxing seating area with 2 elegant sofas which is an ideal spot to enjoy the sunset and a pre dinner cocktail. The spa pool / jacuzzi completes the terrace. The tropical fauna surrounding the spa pool encourages indigenous humming birds which are a delight to watch throughout the day.
The condo is furnished in lovely natural hues, with ocean inspired decor, an ideal vacation home with tropical charm and space for couples and families. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a spacious en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower, walk in closet and a lovely private balcony with sun lounger. The guest bedroom is brightly decorated with a king sized bed that can separate into 2 twins and has a en suite bathroom with a shower. This room opens out to the terrace and lovely views of the ocean beyond.
Our favourite feature of this lovely luxury apartment complex is the pristine bay with its soft white sands, cool shade from the coconut trees and picture perfect private setting, all within minutes of the busy coastal towns and many local hotspots. Guests can enjoy delicious meals twice a day made by the in-house cook and housekeeper and can sleep soundly at night knowing 2 security guards are looking after them every night.
Our concierge agents are ready to take care of any arrangements for those seeking adventures beyond the serene snorkeling in the bay. Holetown is a short 10 minute drive along the coast and boasts many fine restaurants, luxury shopping and exclusive nightlife options. Golf, water-sports, tennis and island excursions can also easily be arranged.

The Need To Know
1. We require sixty (60) days notice in writing prior to the arrival of tenants at the villa in order for us to refund deposit(s) paid. The final balance of rental is due forty five (45) days prior to the tenant’s arrival at the villa and where cancellation is made within this period the entire rental is forfeited.
2. Should a booking, made under forty five (45) days prior to the client’s arrival, be cancelled, the entire amount paid by the client is forfeited.
We reserve the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of rental is not paid forty five (45) days prior to client’s arrival date.
Please note Rates, length of stay, payment and cancellation policies vary for Christmas and New Year Bookings and Bookings in excess of 28-days. During the period 20th December to 10th January (or any other Specially Designated period) bookings shall not be accepted on behalf of the Owner for periods of less than 14 days- unless otherwise expressly agreed. Payment by the guest to the Company of the deposit equal to 50% of the total rental fee is required to confirm such a booking and payment of the remaining 50% is required 60 days prior to the arrival of the Client. All payments for reservations during this period are non-refundable.
A 10% processing fee will be charged on any refund for a cancelled booking or part thereof.
Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenue and strongly recommended.
50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non-
refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.
