About Property

Villa Marca is the perfect five-bedroom holiday villa for your next trip to Barbados. This wonderful home sits on the West Coast of Barbados in the prestigious Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort and overlooks the 9th green of the golf course.

The villa is set over two buildings with four bedrooms in the main house and one in a fully self-contained cottage. Three bedrooms in Villa Marca are ensuite and the master bedroom has a jack and jill ensuite as well as a private balcony that offers partial ocean views. Bedroom two has a large spacious ensuite and sitting room that opens out the swimming pool. The two remaining bedrooms share a bathroom, but both have high ceilings and direct access to the gardens and pool. The cottage offers a king size bed with ensuite bathroom, wrap around patio that offers views of the golf course and pool deck. All the bedrooms in Villa Marca are air-conditioned for added comfort.

Villa Marca has many areas for you to enjoy from the spacious living room with flat screen TV for both adults and children to enjoy. The covered atrium as you enter the property is a great space to unwind with a book under one of the 4 custom skylights that illuminate this space.

Guests can enjoy the large swimming pool and tropical gardens which surround it, the perfect place to relax, float and soak in the Caribbean sun. The house comes with a housekeeper included with the rental and she will ensure that your stay is as stress free as possible. Enjoy dinner in the formal dining room or on the covered patio, a cook can be arranged during your stay to prepare wonderful local dishes which you can only get when in Barbados.

In addition to everything that Villa Marca has to offer, guests renting the property will enjoy all the benefits of staying on Royal Westmoreland. Enjoy a round of golf on a Robert Trent Jones course, dine in at the clubhouse while kids play in the pool, have an early morning tennis match and cap that off with a swim at Mullins Bay at the Royal Westmoreland Beach Facility. Ready for a sundowner? Head to the Rum Shak and enjoy a rum punch or local cocktail with friends in your own slice of paradise. Outside the gates of Westmoreland Barbados awaits with Holetown just down the hill where you can enjoy duty free shopping, nightlife, and some of the best restaurants on the island.

Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions

30% of the total reservation including all taxes and fees is due at the time of booking and payable by Visa or MasterCard. Balance is due 90 days prior to date of arrival and can be paid by cheque or bank wire transfer to Private Villa Rentals.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be sent by email to reservations@privatevillarentals.com

30% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 days or more prior to arrival date

50% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 to 45 days prior to arrival date

100% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made within 45 days prior to arrival date

For Festive Season reservations (December 18-January 8) full payment is due 60 days prior to date of arrival and is 100% non-refundable.

Per TICO regulations Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation or medical | emergency insurance, however, purchase by travellers is highly recommended and available through other avenues.

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non- refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.

All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10 are non-refundable.
