Situated on 1.15 acres of perfectly manicured grounds, this beautiful property boasts a total of 14,053 sq. ft. of living space and features 10 feet of ceiling height and immaculate finishes throughout.

From the main gate, a spacious circular driveway welcomes you to the front door and into the alluring courtyard with an attractive water feature. To the right is a large laundry room and a temperature-controlled pantry. As you descend the hallway, there is a sizeable kitchen with a large quartz countertop island boasting Bosh and Smeg appliances. A mega-sized children's playroom and a smaller TV room also share this level. The dining room with a mother-of-pearl accent and the living room with a backlit onyx display give a luxurious feel and both feature speakers throughout and open onto the patio with glass-tiled pool, outdoor barbecue and stone-paved deck.

Gorgeous sea vistas captivate from this level and highlights include a full one-bedroom suite with a walk-in closet and ensuite which opens onto the pool deck with an inviting semicircular, infinity-edge pool and entertainment space rest.

Four ensuite bedrooms occupy the upper level with three of these bedrooms presenting sea views. The master enjoys a large patio, a walk-in closet with natural ventilation and in the accompanying en suite, a full onyx wall elevates this space.

As the land slopes to the lower level, convenient access is through the service gate which leads to the car park with a covered garage. A well-equipped gym, cinema and staff quarters with a lunchroom and bathroom also occupy this level. Complementary to the rest of the residence, there is a well-appointed one-bedroom self-contained apartment which opens out to the beautifully landscaped gardens.

As part of the exclusivity, guests have access to a well-equipped beachside cabana at the Sandy Lane Property Owners Club, complete with a kitchenette.

Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions

30% of the total reservation including all taxes and fees is due at the time of booking and payable by Visa or MasterCard. Balance is due 90 days prior to date of arrival and can be paid by cheque or bank wire transfer to Private Villa Rentals.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be sent by email to reservations@privatevillarentals.com

30% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 days or more prior to arrival date

50% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 to 45 days prior to arrival date

100% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made within 45 days prior to arrival date

For Festive Season reservations (December 18-January 8) full payment is due 60 days prior to date of arrival and is 100% non-refundable.

Per TICO regulations Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation or medical | emergency insurance, however, purchase by travellers is highly recommended and available through other avenues.

 

Booking Terms

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non- refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.

All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10 are non-refundable.
