Paynes Bay Fish Market: One of the smaller fish markets on the island where you can buy fresh local fish or watch as the fishermen dock their boats and offload. On Fridays and Saturdays the market comes alive with coal pot fish, pork and chicken.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations are final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenues and strongly recommended.

Booking Terms

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non- refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.

All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10 are non-refundable.
