Villa Coral Cove 3 is located on the beautiful wide beach of Paynes Bay. The swimming is idyllic with clear waters and good snorkeling. The turtles often swim in the area and we have reports of many people seeing them when they are snorkeling.
The villa is located on the ground floor resides on its own wing. There is a private garden that is a stone's throw away from the Caribbean Sea and beach. Beach chairs are set out daily for those in residence as well as having your own personal patio and outdoor dining area. This spacious villa contains two bedrooms and is finished and designed with elegant furnishings. All bathrooms are marbled and each bedroom has its own bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned as well as containing ceiling fans. Villa Coral Cove 3 can sleep five, as there is a day bed in the second bedroom that can easily convert into a comfortable twin bed. The master bedroom contains an attractive king size bed with pleasing fabrics and patio.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and has all the amenities of a modern home. All appliances are of the highest standards with a wine fridge and stainless steel finishes. For those wishing to dine inside, there is a wonderful "mango" wooden table that will seat six comfortably. The living room contains a 52" High Def. LCD television, DVD player as well as a music station dock to play your favorite sounds. In both bedrooms we have televisions and in the second bedroom there is also a play station 3 video game blu-ray console for those looking for something other to do than sunning, swimming, outdoor water sporting or just walking the beach.
Villa Coral Cove 3 is only a five minute drive to the famous Sandy Lane Hotel as well as the Holetown area where shopping, tennis and golf are all available. This unique villa is ideal for families as well as those looking for luxury without the big price. The sunsets are sure to "wow" you the very first night you come!!

The Need To Know
Cancellation Policy
1. We require sixty (60) days notice in writing prior to the arrival of tenants at the villa in order for us to refund deposit(s) paid. The final balance of rental is due forty five (45) days prior to the tenant’s arrival at the villa and where cancellation is made within this period the entire rental is forfeited.
2. Should a booking, made under forty five (45) days prior to the client’s arrival, be cancelled, the entire amount paid by the client is forfeited.
We reserve the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of rental is not paid forty five (45) days prior to client’s arrival date.
Please note Rates, length of stay, payment and cancellation policies vary for Christmas and New Year Bookings and Bookings in excess of 28-days. During the period 20th December to 10th January (or any other Specially Designated period) bookings shall not be accepted on behalf of the Owner for periods of less than 14 days- unless otherwise expressly agreed. Payment by the guest to the Company of the deposit equal to 50% of the total rental fee is required to confirm such a booking and payment of the remaining 50% is required 60 days prior to the arrival of the Client. All payments for reservations during this period are non-refundable.
A 10% processing fee will be charged on any refund for a cancelled booking or part thereof.
Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenue and strongly recommended.

final and non-
refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust
Account.
All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10
are
non-refundable.
