The master bedroom, located upstairs boasts a private terrace where uninterrupted views of the resort can be enjoyed. Bedroom 2, located on the ground floor, also has a patio for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. All the bedrooms are ensuite and fully air-conditioned.
Guests of Cassia Heights 14 can take advantage of the resort amenities, including the gym, spa, clubhouse, tennis courts and communal pool. For more adventure, they can take a short trip to Holetown where they can take advantage of the various restaurants, beaches and retail shops.

30% of the total reservation including all taxes and fees is due at the time of booking and payable by Visa or MasterCard. Balance is due 90 days prior to date of arrival and can be paid by cheque or bank wire transfer to Private Villa Rentals.

For Festive Season reservations (December 18-January 8) full payment is due 60 days prior to date of arrival and is 100% non-refundable.
Per TICO regulations Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation or medical | emergency insurance, however, purchase by travellers is highly recommended and available through other avenues.
