It begins with the long stretch of infinity edge pool that runs the length of the villa. Surrounded by pool deck, it blends seamlessly into the covered terrace area where lounge areas and an al fresco dining spot are situated. These lead directly indoors where companion spaces include a massive living room with banquet sofa and plush chairs, a formal dining room area, and a large and open kitchen with breakfast bar. There is also a cozy media room with full array of entertainment devices.

There are four bedrooms in the villa, two of which are "grand" master bedrooms and which are housed in separate wings. All of the bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, and they are all large by any standards. They have ocean or garden views and come with luxury linens and toiletries.
