Beaches Edge East & West are twin, oceanfront 5-bedroom villas on Pelican Bay with a small beach just down a footpath. Close to Anguilla’s top West End beaches, high-end dining and golf, the modern villas’ soaring glass walls make the most of the spectacular panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and St. Martin’s mountains.

One villa sleeps 10, or reserve both for families, groups or your romantic destination wedding for up to 80 guests with affordable lodging for 20. Each private villa has air conditioning, a pool, shallow "kiddie” pool, hot tub, ensuite bath in every bedroom, full kitchen, alfresco dining, grill, walk-out balcony and WIFI.
The West Villa features a larger infinity pool and indoor gym. Lifting a finger isn’t necessary.
 
The housekeeper visits daily and the knowledgeable concierge is on-call 24/7 to handle anything you need.  Enhance your stay with optional private chef, in-villa massages, grocery-stocking or childcare.

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non- refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.

All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10 are non-refundable.
